Peter was commissioned by Gala for a series of images to accompany an article on the trending use of animal essences in perfume.

To embody the rich and musky smells, Peter and his team designed a small set and layered it with cut leather strips of different colours. The colour combinations were picked to compliment the perfume notes & colouring.

“After a first solo show in Belgium at the end of 2015 that introduced Peter Lippmann’s photographs to the general public, Art22 Gallery is proud to present his second solo exhibition dedicated to Soletown.”

‘Soletown’ interprets a passing of time through the reclaiming and repurposing of consumer goods.

Peter will be present at the private view to discuss the personal project. Thursday 12th April – 6 pm – 9 pm.

The exhibition will run from 13th of April – 6th of May.
Place du Jeu de Balle 56, 1000 Brussels

Peter shows a whole new side in the latest commission for ‘Pink Paprika’. Sat upon pixilated surroundings, this shoe photography is stark in contrast to his series influenced by the old masters.

Peter continues his personal project ‘Sole Town’. This series focuses on old and discarded shoes Peter found in warehouses on his travels through Detroit/Motown.

The project has been growing in scope for the past couple years, and here Peter introduces his detail shots.

‘Wonderful is a world of new scents and flavours’ – Godiva

Peter collaborated with the creatives to commission illustrators, who helped bring this amazing idea to life.

This project from Godiva was to help celebrate the introduction of new flavours. The team worked with Anna, a set builder and maker, who created blocks for a grid format. These formed the base of the set, but also enabled the team to raise up important elements and give texture and clarity to the scene.

Peter’s latest commission for Tatler, features jewellery housed in elaborate works of art. Each piece has a distinct style and came with their very own security detail!

Misé en scene is exquisitely hand painted wallpaper. The elements come together to create an artistic still life.

Gala magazine commissioned Peter Lippmann for the latest watches feature with Chanel, Gucci, Omega and Patex.

Complete creative freedom gave Peter wind in his sails as he set to work from his Paris based studio. The idea centralises around the bringing together of beautifully hand crafted objects made by man and that of the naturally crafted objects of mother nature. These two worlds render beauty in the new and old.

Peter personally sourced and styled the sets, which were shot in layers along with the watches themselves. These were then overlaid in post production, bringing the concept to life.

Peter shows us his talents are not limited to just the studio by taking motion cameras, installed in drones and flying them over Champagne Jean Josselin’s rolling hills. The final advert as you can see is exquisite.

Peter Lippmann, still life photographer revelled in Gala magazine’s creative brief and set to work covering the studio in feathers.

Watches by; Chaumet, Dior, ChopardPiaget & Bulgari each arrived with their own security detail for this beautiful feature.
